Taste of Rioja

Where do you think are the most vineyards in the world? That's right, in Spain. And the most respected Spanish wines in the world are the wines of Rioja.

Rio de Oja is literally the Oja River. This small river, a tributary of the Ebro, gave its name to the entire region, famous for its rivers of wine rather than freshwater.

After Franco's death, significant investments began to flow into this region, which gave an additional impetus to the development of winemaking. The modernization of equipment and a significant increase in the volume of exports became possible. Today, out of every 10 bottles of wine produced in Spain, 4 bottles come from Rioja.

Wines are treated like children here. A caring parent will never let a child go alone to a place where he can be negatively influenced. Similarly, winemakers prefer to give their children time to mature and get stronger before releasing them into the light. Wine is a lifestyle and culture that is difficult to understand without knowing what kind of work is invested in the production of this drink.
